Fall Yoga Schedule now available

The fall yoga schedule is now available. Details here.

A few reminders for you:

  • All classes are held at my studio on Appleton Side Road
  • Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before classes begin
  • No need to bring a mat
  • It’s a good idea to have water with you
