Here’s to 2017!

Happy New Year!

As we move from one year to the next, we are often encouraged to make resolutions, set intentions for the next 12 months.

Twelve months!?!?! That is ambitious!

How about starting with smaller chunks of time? Maybe a week or 10 days. Set goals that you can reach and that can be building blocks to other goals.

And remember, every step taken is an action – and action is more productive than inaction. Small steps are fine. Just because others might get “there” before you, doesn’t mean you won’t get “there”. And maybe by taking your time, you will discover other “theres” along the way!

So, if you are thinking of taking some small, or big, steps toward a more full, active, healthy life, I am here to support you and cheer you on!

I invite you to:

Join a yoga class – there is something for everyone!

Make an appointment to start your treatment plan for that nagging back, neck, shoulder or hip pain.

Prepare yourself for the surgery, or the treatment, that could be a life changer for you.

Take care of your whole self as you move through those stressful situations and changes that come along with life.

Learn tools to manage the stress that can affect your health on so many  levels.
