Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you. I will do my best to be ready for you at your scheduled time, but please remember that you will be given your full time even if I happen to be running late. I will give you the same care that I was providing to the client before you who may have required some additional attention.

Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from caring for other clients.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay either the full cost, or half of the cost of the session as booked.

Life emergencies happen for both you and me, and individual circumstances will always be taken into consideration.

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you do not reach me by phone, please leave a message on the voice-mail system. If I do not hear from you, I will be eagerly expecting you at your scheduled time!
