Yoga Class Schedule

The 10-Week Winter Yoga Session will begin January 9, 2023.

All Yoga classes are being offered in a hybrid format – both in-person and virtual enrollment is available.

On-Going Class Schedule

  • Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 Afternoon Yoga Break
  • Thursdays 10:30-11:30 Gentle/Adaptive Yoga
  • Thursdays 5:30-6:30 Yoga Grow and Flow
