Safe to Move Again
This 6-week program leads you to reconnect with your body, gain movement confidence, and shift your mindset toward physical health. We focus on regulating the nervous system and gently re-teaching it that different positions are “safe” to be in. You will gradually re-introduce movement using isometrics and isolated joint movements that progress to more complex, functional movements, so you can safely participate in new or favourite activities.
